L’Art-Matrice: Acting, Body, Voice – Workshop 1/2

The performative training focuses on the creative state as well as the inner focus; among others through bodywork, circle singing, concentration and action. How do you harmonize the three centers of body, heart and brain for fuller play and presence to yourself and others?

L’ART-MATRICE – The ART-MATRIX

Art can become a peaceful and stimulating weapon against the crises of our society, like a repairing matrix of our thinking. The project L’Art-Matrice focuses on artists:inside who draw a path of resistance and decolonization of the imagination. A major focus is on women artists as figureheads.
