Business Forum: Opportunities in West Africa – A Day Around Start-Ups and Businesses in West Africa.

Together with the University of Cologne, the Jama Nyeta association invites two economic experts from West Africa. On this day, large-scale entrepreneurship expert Dr. Youssouf Diawara and Abdoulaye Yaro, an expert in start-up founding, will share their experiences from the practice of founding companies and, in a subsequent panel discussion, will also address the question of what potential their field of activity opens up for the future of the region.

In addition to the view of the African continent, the event also offers the opportunity to bring together representatives of German and West African companies and to create cooperations.

Malian media experts Sofa Ibrahim Diarra and Moussa Ballo will accompany the event as part of the public relations work and are also looking forward to engaging in a professional exchange with people from the local media landscape.

A cultural program with music and culinary delicacies from the region will provide ample opportunity to meet and talk between the program items and after the event.

KölnBusiness will also be on site to advise people interested in founding a company and start-ups and to present support services.
